hmmm...i think everyone has some kind of auto-pilot when stoned and/or drunk
i was driving home and having almost a stage-five moment, and i made turns, stopped at the light and the sign, and accelerated fine (driving stick) and i eventually "realized" i was driving...it was interesting, because i started thinking about the auto-pilot thing and them "remembered i was driving". now dont get worried that i was like driving under the influence, i was driving just fine, because nothing happened and i remembered it all (even though it felt more out-of-body).
whaddya want me to say?

yea yea yea......that is a good question, is there a Dog? i dunno, lol, im pretty chillin' right now
oooh, groundhog day is on...that reminds me of a X-Files episode i saw (the only one ive seen). i dont feel like explaining the whole thing, so i can make my point in reference to Groundhog Day (becuase its the same idea and you should have seen that movie). bill murray is the only guy who KNOWS he is repeating the same day, but no one else does. how do we know that the space-time contiuum doesnt rely on some else's choices and decisions? how do we know that we dont repeat the same day over and over? it feels like a new day each time, unless we were the one that fate relied on, of course
im not sure how this movie ends again...i think
the X-Files episode was kinda cooler

g'night all

Yeah yeah, just like any public place in reality, there are some rules to Functional Entropy.

First off, anyone can join and the read the forum, but only "approved" members can actually make posts. It's fairly easy to become approved though. Just email me or leave a comment for me in my LJ (#!/usr/bin/entropy). Unless you've done something to seriously piss me, or any of the other moderators, off in the past, you'll be given posting access rather quickly.

Secondly, use the forums to discuss issues, randomness, social problems, the meaning of life, etc etc etc. DO NOT, BY ANY MEANS, USE THIS AS A PLATFORM TO ATTACK ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL!!! Doing so will result in immediate banning. (Note: an occasional comment or so is ok (I mean, this IS a place of free thought and expression) but do not turn a thread into (or start a thread on) a personal attack against someone. That is what is not acceptable).

Thirdly, the old "PC Vs. Mac War" debates are allowed here. All I ask is to keep the flames down to a minimum. Keep the discussion to the machines and operating system and do NOT attack another poster for his opinion either way.

Fourthly, we like troublemakers here =). Troublemakers start things and, overall, I see that as a good thing -- the more heated the debate, the better hehe. Just remember rule #2: attack the issue NOT the person.

Almost finally: RACIAL DESCRIMINATION IS NOT ALLOWED. If I even have to explain that one, you most likely don't have an open of enough mind to be here. So leave. Thanks muchly.

And finally: just have fun here. Don't be afraid to share your opinion and don't be afraid to ask me or any of the other moderators for posting access.

Peace Yall

Aiight, welcome to Function Entropy, people =). This online community just started today sooo... uhm don't expect much here yet. But, I'm sure this will grow over the following weeks so yay!

Here is a brief description of the community (taken straight from the "Info" page hehe):

Functional Entropy is an online community where people can share random thoughts, debate political issues, discuss philosophical issues, ponder the meaning of life, post the "joke of the day", speak their minds freely, etc etc etc.

Enjoy ;)
